Our legendary aluminum hinged gable vent is a very popular option for easy attic access. Introduced in 2010 we have sold thousands of them in the last few years! The feedback from our contractors, builders and homeowners has been phenomenal! Made of sturdy aluminum with a maintenance free baked enamel finish. Available in 4 standard sizes (see below) that ship FAST! Or any size or color can be custom made. Pre-hung and ready to install! They are surface mount (sits over the top of the rough opening on the outside of the wall) perfect for both new construction, HVAC and remodel applications. Available in venting or non venting configurations. Each unit comes with a convenient exterior locking screw to keep them securely closed. Designed to look like a regular attic vent with no exposed latch or lock. You will be the only one who knows that it even opens. Arch Top, Octagon and Doghouse shaped units can also be hinged. Now you can have the convenience of a attic vent that opens and closes easily for access into the attic space.
